How It Works

Our vintage bar trailer is designed to serve ice-cold draft beer and wine from 4 beverage taps on the exterior of the trailer. It is constructed with a custom chilling system to keep the drinks ice cold no matter how hot the day. Our draft system is a favorite at events because it speeds up service, eliminates waste, and lowers costs … while also bringing a unique and fun feature to any party.

Mobile Bar Rental Package includes:

·       Use of our vintage Bar Trailer for 1 full-day event not to exceed 14 hours

·       Delivery of our bar trailer within a 30-mile radius of Queensbury, NY (Additional mileage is available)

·      We will set up the trailer and hook up 4 kegs for you

·     Disposable cups for your guests

·       C02 and ice to keep your kegs chilled

·       Keg pick up and drop off

·       Standard bar trailer décor which includes 4 small chalkboards and imitation flower arrangements

Dates are confirmed with a signed agreement and a 50% deposit.

We are able to provide a One-Day Beer, Wine, and Cider Permit for your event upon request.

Additional Travel Time: Our packages include travel within a 30-mile radius of Queensbury, NY. We are happy to travel outside of this radius for a small fee.

Event Rentals: Please see our event rentals page for a list of items and decor we have available for events. Items include a stand-alone bar, donut wall, ceremony arch, and lawn games.

Bartending Service: If your venue requires a bartender to serve at your event please contact us for a custom quote.
